Solar Supply Sweden AB, org.nr 556872-7464, (nedan ”Solar Supply”) är personuppgiftsansvariga för de uppgifter som du lämnar till oss på solarsupply.se eller direkt till oss på något annat sätt, tex. genom e-mail eller post.

Ändamål

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter för att du som återförsäljare ska kunna ingå eller hantera ditt avtal om köp och leverans av solceller med oss. Om du inte tillhandahåller oss dessa uppgifter så kan vi inte hantera din förfrågan eller ditt köp av solceller.

Uppgifterna behandlas i alla delar av processen, tex. för att svara på frågor, göra en projektering, för att ta fram en order, göra en beställning, leverera och fakturera för tjänsten/produkten, för att hantera reklamationer och garantier samt för bokföringsändamål.

Vi behandlar också dina uppgifter för att erbjuda och genomföra utbildningar och events samt för nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring. I annat fall kan vi inte leverera de efterfrågade tjänsterna. Om du inte vill att personuppgifter används för nyhetsbrev eller marknadsföring så kan du anmäla detta till oss.

Rättslig grund för vår behandling av personuppgifter

Den rättsliga grunden för vår behandling är avtal, legal skyldighet eller intresseavvägning.

Vårt berättigade intresse av att behandla dina uppgifter för att tex, erbjuda och genomföra utbildningar och events samt för nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring är att ge dig en bra kundupplevelse.

Kategorier av personuppgifter som behandlas

De personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig är: Namn, efternamn, adress, email adress, telefonnummer eller andra liknande uppgifter som du har lämnat direkt till oss för att kunna erhålla rätt produkter till rätt leveransadress, garanti- och reklamationsärende, support och övervakning.

Mottagare eller kategorier av mottagare

  • Personuppgifterna kan även komma att lämnas ut till andra samarbetspartners så som tex men inte uteslutande leverantörer, lagerhållare och transportörer. Det kan vara för att vi har ett samarbete som kräver att vi delger vissa uppgifter till våra samarbetspartner och det kan vara för att utföra de uppgifter som berörd person har begärt.
  • Personuppgiftsbiträden och underbiträden. Personuppgifterna kan komma att lämnas ut till våra personuppgiftsbiträden och deras ev underbiträden, om så är fallet, har vi säkerställt att överföringen är säker och att den uppfyller alla legala krav.

Behandling av personuppgifter i tredje land

Personuppgifter lämnas normalt inte till bolag i länder utanför EU/EES området.

Om personuppgifter behandlas i ett land utanför EU/EES området så har vi, för att säkerställa en säker hantering, vidtagit lämpliga skyddsåtgärder. Säkerhet

Vi vidtar alltid de tekniska och organisatoriska åtgärder som är möjliga för att skydda de personuppgifter som behandlas. Vårt syfte med detta är att se till att uppgifterna inte förloras, förstörs, manipuleras eller blir tillgängliga för obehöriga. Vi strävar mot att åstadkomma en säkerhetsnivå som är tillräckligt hög med hänsyn till de tekniska möjligheter som finns.

Gallring

Personuppgifter lämnas till oss i olika delar av processen och gallras på följande sätt:

  • Offerter som inte leder till någon order gallras när offerttiden gått ut.
  • Order, orderunderlag kundfakturor, leverantörsfakturor sparas i högst 8 år enligt bokföringslagens regler.
  • Reklamationer/garantier – succesivt men sparas som längst till garantitiden har gått ut.
  • Kundsystem, statuslistor– succesivt, men som längst 12 månader efter materialet är levererat till slutkund.
  • För- och färdig anmälan samt egenkontroll – sparas i 12 månader.

När det gäller utbildningar och events så sparar vi dina personuppgifter fram till dess att utbildningen/eventet är avslutat. Därefter raderar vi uppgifterna.

Uppgifter som vi behandlar för att nyhetsbrev och marknadsföring (e-mailadress) raderas direkt efter avregistrering.

Övriga eventuella personuppgifter som du lämnar till oss gallras löpande när det inte längre finns något syfte och ändamål med behandlingen.

Samtycke

Om ni tidigare har lämnat ett samtycke kan ni på ett enkelt sätt återkalla detta. Vi kommer då inte att behandla ytterligare personuppgifter eller att uppdatera tidigare lämnade uppgifter om personen om samtycke är en förutsättning för behandling av personuppgifterna.

Rätt att få information (Registerutdrag) m.m.

Du har rätt att få information om hur dina personuppgifter hanteras (registerutdrag).

Du har också rätt att begära rättelse eller radering av förekommande personuppgifter. Likaså kan du begära begränsning av vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Du har även rätt att invända mot vår behandling av förekommande personuppgifter. Om du har gett oss tillåtelse att övervaka din anläggning så behandlar vi dina personuppgifter för att kunna övervaka och ge support gällande din anläggning.

Dina personuppgifter kommer även att användas för att kunna erbjuda er service av er solcellanläggning. Dina personuppgifter kommer att behandlas i syfte att uppfylla aktuellt avtal och säkerställa en framtida kontakt via fler kommunikationskanaler såsom e-post, telefon och fysiska besök. Personuppgifter kan också utlämnas till och inhämtas från samarbetspartners och myndigheter.

Om du inte tillhandahåller oss dessa uppgifter så kommer vi inte att kunna leverera beställda produkter eller kunna hjälpa dig med de frågor som du har gällande produkten.

Rättslig grund för vår behandling av personuppgifter

Den rättsliga grunden för den behandling som vi utgör för att kunna ta fram en offert till din återförsäljare, är intresseavvägning. Vårt berättigade intresse av att behandla dina uppgifter i samband med offertlämning väger tyngre än intrånget i den personliga integriteten.

Den rättsliga grunden för den behandling som vi utgör för att kunna leverera rätt produkt till rätt adress samt hantera eventuella garanti- och reklamationsärenden och övervakning och support kopplat till övervakningen är avtal.

Kategorier av personuppgifter som behandlas

De personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig är: kund- och anläggningsuppgifter så som till exempel namn, efternamn, anläggningsnamn, adress, email adress, telefonnummer, bild på fastigheten eller andra liknande uppgifter som du har lämnat till vår återförsäljare eller direkt till oss för att kunna erhålla rätt produkter till rätt leveransadress, garanti- och reklamationsärende, support och övervakning.

Dina personuppgifter har vi fått från våra återförsäljare, dvs. det företag som du har köpt produkterna av.

Mottagare eller kategorier av mottagare

  • Personuppgifterna kan även komma att lämnas ut till andra samarbetspartners så som tex men inte uteslutande leverantörer, lagerhållare och transportörer. Det kan vara för att vi har ett samarbete som kräver att vi delger vissa uppgifter till våra samarbetspartner och det kan vara för att utföra de uppgifter som berörd person har begärt. Det kan också vara så att vi använder oss av personuppgiftsbiträden.
  • Personuppgiftsbiträden och underbiträden. Personuppgifterna kan komma att lämnas ut till våra personuppgiftsbiträden och deras ev underbiträden, om så är fallet, har vi säkerställt att överföringen är säker och att den uppfyller alla legala krav.

Behandling av personuppgifter i tredje land

  • Offerter som inte leder till någon order gallras när offerttiden gått ut.
  • Order, orderunderlag kundfakturor, leverantörsfakturor sparas i högst 8 år enligt bokföringslagens regler
  • Reklamationer/garantier – succesivt men sparas som längst till garantitiden har gått ut.
  • Kundsystem, statuslistor– succesivt, men som längst 12 månader efter materialet är levererat till slutkund.
  • För- och färdig anmälan samt egenkontroll – sparas i 12 månader.
  • Övervakning av anläggning – så länge kunden har ett solcellssystem eller till dess att kunden själv avregistrerar sig som användare.
  • Övriga eventuella personuppgifter som du lämnar till oss gallras löpande när det inte längre finns något syfte och ändamål med behandlingen.
  • Vid serviceärenden; För att vi ska kunna ge dig den bästa supporten och servicen, sparar vi ditt namn, postadress, telefonnummer och e-postadress under avtalets gång samt två (2) år efter avslutat serviceavtal för att kunna fullfölja våra åtaganden. Om du flyttar och din fastighet får en ny ägare, tar vi bort dina personuppgifter.
  • För att kunna leva upp till produktgarantin på upp till tolv (12) år och effektgarantin på tjugofem (25) år kommer vi att spara produkternas tillverkarnamn, produktnamn, serienummer samt din fastighets anläggnings-ID i tjugofem (25) år efter det att installationen av solcellsanläggningen har utförts. Anläggnings-ID är en kod med arton (18) siffror som används för att identifiera din fastighets elanläggning.

Övriga eventuella personuppgifter som du lämnar till oss gallras löpande när det inte längre finns något syfte och ändamål med behandlingen.

Samtycke

Om ni tidigare har lämnat ett samtycke kan ni på ett enkelt sätt återkalla detta. Vi kommer då inte att behandla ytterligare personuppgifter eller att uppdatera tidigare lämnade uppgifter om personen om samtycke är en förutsättning för behandling av personuppgifterna.

We also process your personal data in order for us to offer and carry out training and events as well as for newsletters and marketing regarding your solar cells. Otherwise we can not deliver the requested services. If you do not want personal information to be used for newsletters or marketing, you can report this to us.

What is the legal basis for our processing of personal data?

How long will we keep the data?

Personal information is provided to us in various parts of the process and is thinned as follows:

  • Quotations – Quotations that do not lead to any order are thinned when the quotation period has expired.
  • Orders, order documents, customer invoices, supplier invoices are stored for a maximum of 8 years in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act.
  • Complaints / guarantees – successively, but saved as long as the warranty period has expired.
  • Customer system, status lists – successively, but no later than 12 months after the material has been delivered to the end customer.
  • Pre- and completed registration and self-inspection – saved for 12 months.

When it comes to training and events, we save your personal information until the training / event is completed. Then we delete the data.

Information that we process so that newsletters and marketing (e-mail address) are deleted immediately after deregistration.

Any other personal information that you provide to us is continuously thinned out when there is no longer any purpose and purpose with the processing.

Consent

How long will we keep the data?
